With the aim to create an equitable and accessible high-quality professional learning ecosystem through coaching and course development, this case study focuses on the approach for course development.

  1. Set Up: Systems & Process

With needs identified, grounded in research, and cross-walked with international accreditaiton standards, a collaborative process for critical content development was established. We provided tools, conducted walkthroughs and facilitated connections with peers. Our team offered thought partnership on content planning and provided access to exemplary course materials. We mapped out a detailed timeline, set clear goals, and established milestone markers to guide the process.

  2. Development: Co-Creation

We valued collaboration and co-creation, supported upskilling and held feedback sessions after the first module to finetune the content. Regular check-ins at agreed milestones ensured a supportive accountability structure, enabling timely feedback and adjustments.

  3. Review: Quality Assurance

The final phase involved rigorous review and fine-tuning of the entire course content. We tested the user experience, made necessary adjustments, and followed a go-to-market checklist for a successful launch. Throughout, we provided ongoing needs-based coaching and mentoring, focusing on effective questioning, online learning design principles, feedback and reflection assessments, and the strategic use of tech features.

This process not only optimized course development but also ensured continuous professional learning impact, reflecting our commitment to quality and innovation in international education.
