Our Mission
Our mission is to support transformation and innovation in leadership development and inclusive professional learning. We are dedicated to collaborative projects that have positive impacts in international education on global, regional, and local scales.
We aim to support, uplift and inspire. “Our international school communities are diverse, and people have a variety of experiences and educational backgrounds. We all have a piece of magic to bring to the conversation and every voice can be honoured and valued in our schools. If we can offer continuing professional learning opportunities where everyone is motivated to learn, we can build positive energy and drive commitment for transformational school cultures.” - Sarah Plews Interview
Our Values
With decades of experience in international education and intercultural settings, we value:
Integrity: Acting with honesty and upholding our values, even when faced with challenges.
Innovation: Embracing new ideas and seeking continuous improvement in learning experiences.
Learner-Centric Approaches: Prioritizing learners by understanding their needs and designing programs to meet them.
We uphold our values and maintain standards of excellence by regularly auditing our practices to ensure ethical compliance and fostering open feedback. We invest in the latest educational training to stay current with research and accreditation standards, ensuring our work is innovative. Additionally, we prioritize learners in personalized and contextualized learning paths and ongoing support to help them achieve their goals.

“Leaders need to make evidence-informed decisions about professional learning that enables purposeful and meaningful collaboration. Professional learning needs to be specific and content-focused enough to have positive impacts on adult practice and student outcomes.”
“I believe that a professional whose intellect is valued has a voice in their own professional growth. I also believe this needs to nestle within an ecoystem that aligns with collective team and organizational goals. Transformative school cultures, where teams and individuals flourish, are underpinned by trust and respect. Leaders who make intentional decisions that foster a collaborative professional learning culture, one where high quality conversations happen, where staff feel supported and engaged, and where every voice is valued, is crucial for a thriving school team.” - Sarah Plews Interview
Sarah’s story
As a child, my sister and I collected all kinds of paper. My favourite was Japanese origami paper. Later, as a young adult living in Japan, I loved watching the flat surface of the paper change, grow, transform. Fold by fold. Step by step.
My favourite transformation was the Crane, and it was the collective effort involved in creating the thousand conjoined cranes I once saw that truly amazed me.
Leadership and professional learning are central to school development. We work with organisations, school leaders at all levels, teams and individuals to support intentional next steps for growth, learning, and impact. After all, driving collective work inspires positive change.
So, as you go forward, step by step, we hope you’ll think of us - and maybe we can take a next step together.
